时间管理：需要自制

首先，今天做上来4道题，提出表扬！！！

1.睡觉：11：00pm--12：00pm 最晚12点，越早越好，没事的话就睡觉
另外，注意到电脑和网络其实是浪费时间的主要来源

2.晚10点之前：不接触中文
不上网瞎逛
不看电视剧

3.娱乐和放松心情：world talk radio和英文歌

4.check Email：午饭后

5.中午和早晨不做饭，吃现成的

我怎么觉得我中文水平明显下降啊？！

瞧他那损样 一周来
只想呆着，什么也不干，什么也不想
除了网上购物 看连续剧 连续地看
为什么呢
衣食无忧 有车有本
课程太难 考试太容易
qualifier太遥远
现在进实验室又干不了什么
离学校太远 吃饭 上下学不方便

车子点火总出毛病 我又不懂是啥原因
修起来肯定很费钱

这么早就买车 却是是赌博
没毛病也行 这又搭工 又搭钱
不过 永远不要担心钱 至于时间么 早晚要经历的 还是早些好
愿赌服输

刚到了外国 第二个月 应该是低谷期了
学业 生活 感情
要操心的事太多

明天开始 一切从头开始
